Craft Contest

We know that kids can express themselves in different ways. So we're asking local kids to show us how they can reuse and recycle items in their house. Perhaps you know a unique way to turn a milk jug into something new? Share with us a unique craft that you've created from recycled items and you could win our "Go Green with Noah's Landing" craft contest! The deadline for submission is May 1, 2009.

Entrants should take a picture of their craft and include a one-page description of how it is made. The description should include all supplies, step-by-step instructions, and a description of how the craft could be used.

Entries will be judged by staff at Noah's Landing and winners announced on May 8, 2009. Winning crafts will be featured on the Web site and at the zoo during the Noah's Landing Mother's Day event. Winners will also receive "Zoo Bucks" toward programs at Noah's Landing.
